which oil?

ive searched before anybody starts

. but which is the best gearbox oil to put in a td5 disco? checked mine today and i dont think its been done for a few years, its like a rusty ****ty colour

that didnt come up when i searched but thanks anyway. Would the ****ty oil make it harder to select reverse? seems to crunch a bit then jumps in
