Which head gasket to use?

Hi i have a 1996 Discovery 300tdi which had the head gasket fail. I’ve had to have the head skimmed but i’m unsure which thickness gasket i need to fit now.
It was the 3 hole gasket which was on it before so do I replace with the same or do i now need a thicker one and if so which one?

measure as in below, if its within those specs you can fit the same

,hi,there is a no hole thicker one for engines that have been over skimmed
