which engine flush for TD4

Does it really matter what flush you use, I suppose getting the oil right is the main concern.

Having said that, I was going to use some Slick50 flush and noted it states for petrol engines or light duty diesel engines.

Would the TD4 be classed as a light duty diesel engine....My guess is yes but any advice would be appreciated.

If you adhere to the proper servicing schedule none of the snake oil is needed,the rest of the car will fall to bits first if the engine is a good one.
Waxoiling the underbody would be a better idea.

Thanks, I appreciate the TD4 engine is probably the strongest part of this 4x4 but I still aim to change the oil regularly. I have just got the motor but and I have already changed the oil filter and oil, the air filter, crankcase breather, AFM, fuel pump, fuel filter and the vcu.

I love pottering about on cars so I have picked the right one to keep me busy
