where to get a strap from...

first of all, hello everybody so on to my question, Ive got an ex army series 3 with the spare wheel on the bonnet and it has a 3 way strap in the shape of a "Y" that holds it down, which has snaped, where would I be able to get a new one of these from, Ive looked on ebay and cant find one, thanks for your time folks....
