Where to find parts (pickup tailgate in particular)

Hi everyone, I have a TDI Hi-cap pickup that I need a tailgate for. I've tried gumtree, ebay, landyzone, online breaker searchers but nothings come up. Any suggestions on where to search? I'm on the south coast so ideally something I can pick up relatively locally.
 
Is new out of the question?
More expensive perhaps (depending on the rarity & value of S/H ones) but at least you would get one.

Litch - yeah I'm considering new, LR Centre have quoted me £300 for the tailgate, plus fittings and then I'd have to get it painted. This is currently my backup if nothing comes up when places reopen next week.

Anyone know where to get a canvas topper once I've got the tailgate sorted?

Don’t get a canvas. They Rot.
Get the ifor Williams metal roof. Also they are more secure.

make sure if you get a salvage one,they have the lower hinges & locking clasp still left on.
