Disco 1 What tow mirrors

I'm looking for a pair of towing mirrors for my D1, the ones I have are to tight against the actual mirror glass, so I end up seeing sky from the door mirror.
I like to be able to see with both mirrors.
What do you use ?

The only pair I ever got, from Motabtiz, were so sh!te that I never really ran with them. Even though my big box trailer is 2 metres wide I find I can manage, just with the standard mirrors. But when towing abroad I put a flat glass mirror on the nearside one so I can more accurately judge the distance when I want to pull out and over take on an autoroute.
The ones I got no matter how I fitted them vibrated so much they were useless.
So if anyone has better idea I am all eyes and ears!!!

I have some Milenco ones - fit the D1's rather well IMO ....

Our caravan is not the normal wide job, and I can see past it better in the Disco than in the Terrano.
But I don't want to temp the police to pull us over.
Don't suppose you know what model the Milenco ones are, do you.

Just Googled it, the Milenco can be attached to the bottom where there's more room. I'll get a pair of those.

I fit mine to the top of the mirror housing.... ... more room at the bottom you say ? Never noticed that

They have a thinner looking piece that slides inside the mirror body, so should fit much better. I'll get a pair.
