what a day!

Well i decided it was time to sort out my oil and water leak today so decided to do the cam belt while i had the water pump off all went to plan so i moved on to the oil. It was coming from the front of the head gasket so i pulled the head off thinking that i would just clean it all up fit new seals and gasket. only to find the gasket had blowh accross between no4 and the push rod hole so now i have had to send the head off for skimming some times i wish i could just leave things alone :doh:

why have the head skimmed??? have you cooked it?

no buy where it was blowing has left an indent across between the cylinder and the pushrod hole i take it that it has been blowing for a long time i just hope its not too deep
