You have blocked AC drain tubes - see

Range Rover P38/4.0/4.6 Common Problems and Fixes

BEFORE getting underneath the vehicle and messing trying to find the drain tube locations, remove the passenger side side panel on the centre console. Pull off the moulded bit that supplies air to the feet (its just a moulded bit of plastic, pull it outwards in a straight line and it will pop off). Now you should be able to see a small black tube. This is the top end of the drain tube. Give it a good squeeze and wiggle it about a bit and you may be lucky and solve the drain problem. It certainly solved it on my p38. - infact it solved it so well that 2/3 days after doing it I pulled off from a set of lights and a few hundred meters down the road as I came to the next set of lights I had a driver next to me signaling me to put my window down, he promptly told me my p38 was leaking fluid all over the place. All he had seen was the water that had collected underneath (the drains seem to drip onto a sort of guard/pan attached to the underside of the gearbox) all pouring off onto the road.

To test whether its fixed, put the a/c on full blast on LO and wait about 10-15 mins and you will see 2 small puddles dripping onto the ground from under the car. if you only have one puddle then you will need to get under the car to check the drains to see if they are dirty.

Will go 100% with what Wills says!
Had exactly the same problem with mine a month or so ago,and through some suggestions on this site, cleared mine straight away!
++++ Wills advice of inside access is better than my attempt of laying underneath with coathangers! Although easy to see (and get to) on high suspention,You get soaked with water etc !!!!
Good Luck!!

Fellas, that worked a treat. Many thanks.
I checked the drivers side and found a polystyrene bead causing a slight blockage there too. How can i best clear the drains through, would an airline work from the inside blowing out? Or would this cause some damage.

If you look on the inside of the vehicle by removing the side panel and feet blower mould thing you will see that the pipe comes out of the floor and fits over the end of a plastic tube. This is the same on both sides. I suppose you could gently work the tube off from the plastic end and then blow down it or poke a coat hanger wire down it.

To be honest, if its working again ok then my advice would be to leave it, as the old saying goes, if it aint broke, dont fix it, something which ive had to learn driving my p38 :D
