After a lifetime of wanting one we have finally bought a Range Rover!

We have got a 1997 P38 4.0 SE with an LPG conversion in metallic green with black leather interior.

We would appreciate any advice regarding the running this model on a budget and where we can buy used parts - we are in Holywell North Wales.

Also we are going to be needing to buy a tow bar, a dog guard and roof bars for it has anyone got any for sale?

ooops that aint gonna happen..the p38 if ya searched b4 your purchase is one of landrovers most unreliable models..

i hope you kept some money back for the amount you will spend on repairs and electrickery problems..

We did realise that the model can be a little unreliable but no more than any of the other models!! This will get under our skin and stay there!

Ps We deliberated for a long time before changing from our ultra-reliable Volvo S70 but as we live in the welsh hills and are currently under 6" snow need we say more

Good choice I say! Can't help with the parts, but I guess Ebay would be the perfect hunting ground!
