i have a hole on my n/s rear wheel arch the bit you see when you open the door my question is do i have to replace the whole panel as acoording to the manual i have to take the complete rear panel off or can i just cut awaythe rusty bit and replace it as needed
thanks

when i done mine i welded a plate top and bottom just to make sure the doopy fooking mot tester could,nt fail it ........ mind it took some fabricating to keep it the same shape as what was there on the top

Scrape the paint off (wire brush) and see how far the corrosion has gone - the paint looks like its bubbled up and the corroded metal area is about 10x the size of the hole. (This is fairly normal).
