Webasto Thermo-test software - where?

I have one of the little Windows diagnostic test kits, but the little cd of software that came with it wont read.

Does anyone know where I can get a clean download of the latest Thermo Test software? The Webasto website no longer has any links.

I gave up searching after umpteen sites promising it, hijacked my browser or offered me porn !
