Its the cleaning bit I'm after, need to get inventive

I jetwashed more than once, the. Got underneath with a brush and water and then wire brush. I had a rust hole in one side so rinsed the inside of the chassis aswell (used cable hole in other side) was worried it would duck the wiring but it was fine) I then left it to dry for about 2 weeks in the summer then applied dinitrol 2 applications, into every book I could get in. Stuffed the bulkhead with loads.

How much rust converter did you use? The rejel kits only come with one 400ml aerosol is that enough? I already painted the rear 1/4 in converter paint as it cant wait until summer

I didn't use much tbh, I wired brushed and used a brush on converter where needed - my chassis was quite good though - just surface rust in a few places that came out okay. Most of the rust converter spray went on the bulkhead footwells
