Water running down inside of windscreen

As topic, have a steady stream of water running down inside of windscreen,thought it was the windscreen seal,so silicone sealed the whole rubber along the top-but that has made no difference-roof lining appears dry,so don't think it is the sunroof-any ideas? other than its a land rover
 
As you know water always runs down hill so if you was facing down hill then it could be a sunroof leaking or if you have a 200 series could be the windscreen seal, 300's are bonded so less likely to leak.

Thanks for the reply-it is a 300 tdi,and does it when parked facing uphill as well,so I think its got to be something with the screen seal-guess I 'll have to drag all the gubbins out to see what is going on
