Disco 2 Water leak

hi all,
Quick question. I've noticed it got a little leak on the td5. It would appear it's coming from the o ring on the water pump. It doesn't appear to leak when engine running just when off. Could it just be o ring gone or water pump itself?

Which o ring? Most likely the pump is shot.

Hi there,

I'm new to the td5 so this is new to me. I thought there was a o ring sealing it rather than a gasket but most probably wrong.
I have a new pump ordered so hopefully won't be long before it here.

If you havent already done it, i would suggest doing an oil change and filters at the same time. You can remove the rotary filter housing completely and it will save you a whole lot of swearing and skinned knuckles!
