water leak question

i am currently stripping out the carpets and seats etc ready for having the sills done , the other day when i removed the passenger side underlay i found it was soaking wet , today i have just started the drivers side and that is absolutely swimming , when i knelt on the carpet a poool of water appeared around my knee .
obviously i am concerned about this as i am having enough trouble with corrosion already and i don't want my foot wells disappearing too .
I have changed the front passenger and driver side door seals allready , my sun roof only leaks very rarely , most of the time it is dry , so where could the water be coming from ? is there any other known water leaks on disco 1s , ( i don't have air con )
any help would be appreciated , i can barely afford to keep this one on the road , i certainly can't afford to change it !

welcome to the club - footwells and front bulkheads.

try driving it like that and see where the water comes in.

Get a hose pipe on it, mine was leaking where the screen rubber joins the wiper panel and running down the heater vents, only does it now in deep water .
