hi guys
I jumped into my range rover today and I noticed that the rubber mat on the front passengers side had some water on it.

it wasn't much but I am a little concerned.

I have taken a closer look at the water looks like it is running down the carpet where the wheel arch is

has anyone else had this ?

Hop out the truck pop the bonnet and have a good look at your pollen filters. The covers over the filters are know to leak and do this sort of thing... If it was the drivers side that was getting wet i could be your heater matrix O rings.

Hope that helps

funny you say that the other day I took out both pollen filters and gave them a good clean, im going to replace them in the summer, I did notice that the filter on the passengers side was wet?

im also going to replace the big long filter that stops the crap getting in, but it looks like a big job to take the wipers off and the panels?

I have noticed that the front windscreen has been misting up a lot also

Dont wait till summer matey they are dirt cheap and take seconds go grab a set and replace them! then when fitting the covers put some RTV paste or bathroom silicone around the edge of each to help keep the water out. . . works for me :)

Yes as said the pollen filter covers are common problem of water entering the car and follow advice already given. I have used silicone to seal the warped pollen filter covers and no more problem. The plenum filter is a easy enough job and requires the driver door pillar trim removal first the screws are found under the rubber door seal 4 or so from memory then wiper arms off and screws that hold the plastic trim below windscreen are sometimes a pig as usually rusted so take care (I had to drill one out ). The foam is cheap to buy and needs doing ASAP :)

Dont forget to put some silicone on the screws as they let water drip onto the pollen filters, did my plenum filter and pollen filters today, only took an hour and its an easy job, if it still leaks could be the rubber gasket at the base of the air inlets, mine leaked there when first got the car.

Hi guys I have been looking in the rave manual for both the Air con and sunroof drains

Please can anyone shine a light on where they are please.
Photos would be nice. If there are any brilliant people out there

Thanks😝

ok guys I know im thick but ive got the car on the ramp and I cant find
the two aircon drains or the sunroof drains

please can someone send me some photos for the thick stupid people

If your car is on the ramp, feel up either side of the bellhousing and you will feel two rubber tits on the cars body. Give them a squeeze and you should get an arm full of water.:)
