I've had bother with mice chewing under the bonnet, In my wisdom moved the car away from the wall round the driveway I believe is full of mice. This means car is not protected from provaling rain by the house. Got in today, display just has LR logo and the amber light on he power button flashes. Suspecting water I looked in the rear compartment to find several components are wet. Sat Nav and Audio Changer, accept and eject CD ect. Bluetooth module was swimming and on inspection has bad corrosion on the PCB. Started by making Bluetooth off but display isn't change with it disconnected. Question is would this being disconnected or damaged mean nothing will work until replaced or is there another component that is likely damaged causing this fault? 05 RR Vogue
Thanks

Think your best bet is to make sure everything is dry and spotlessly clean, then try again. Then work with those results.

So left car outside checked in the boot and all dry even though it has been raining all day. Decided to take car into shed to refit the dried componants. I haveto drive up a steep bit of drive forwards to reach the shed, once in I found fresh water in the bottom. So I guess water is running down hill as I climb up the drive. The carpet and deadening material is all dry but the drips of water look like it is coming from above but nothing looks wet above. Does anybody have an idea the likely cause?

Thanks backinblack, bought a bypass plug and removed the Bluetooth module and I now have radio, sat nav and a working centre screen. Just the gearbox issue to sort now
