Hi Range Roverists,

I don't normally venture in this section but thought I ought to as you posh lot might appreciate this ;)

Went to the NEC yesterday and in between being ripped off for parking and the price of a cold pasty (dearer even than the kiosk at Bristol Temple Meads!!) I came across this absolute corker of a range rover classic.

Its fully rebuilt on the original chassis and the original engine. Everything else brand new and even the chassis looked like brand new, rebuilt by Land Rover Classic Heritage. Paintwork amazing. Anyone else form LZ go and see it?

Shame about the quality of the photos but here's some snaps. I have to say it was bleddy amazing! enjoy

Nice share buddy! This should be on "show us your Range Rover- or one you saw in a show"!!!! Do you think they grants for their services??:p:D

Well it took the Mrs 3years for her S1.
I keep getting photos sent of a 107 been built. This has been apart a few times.
Someone is trying to convince me to do a 2B flat bed.
You need a good machine shop as most parts are now discontinued for all the above projects. RR included.
If they were showroom condition we would not want to take them out of the garage.

Mmm, the thought is indeed a nice one. Go on do the 2b flatbed... You know it makes sense:D
Its amazing the amout of businesses in England who can and do reproduce parts for the classic car and motorcycle industry.. im in absolute aw of anybody who can and does restore these beautiful old machines .:D

£12 parking afaik
It would have cost me and the Mrs about £75 just to get in. That's bleeding rediculous

There's a company at the show who provide a complete shell and all panels to rebuild a mk2 rs2000 amongst others. Did also see a new MG BGT shell for sale

Stopped going to that NEC show when I had to pay for tickets.
It's got to popular & prices are crazy.
@potus stoneleigh do a classic car show & rally stages with open car pits. Even chances of paying for a fast lap as a passenger

Lovely to see it, couldn't afford one when they were new, even further away now.
I'll just be happy with the one I've got.

@Mark Piercy

Here's 2 of the family members.
These do go to Brittany every June :)

Rimmer bro's were selling mgf chassis with all the panels? Not quite the same.... Is it Australia who stock and still sell the mini moke via a mini parts site in england? May not be 100%...sure...
