Very specific egr blanking question

I've just removed the top pipe from the intercooler and replaced it with the non-egr version, I took the pipe off the outside of the egr valve too. I've also disconnected the electrics on the egr.

I was going to remove the valve but its an absolute pain in the hole to get off, should I just keep the electrics off, leave the vacuum tube in and blank the outlet of the valve with the blanking plate and a couple of bolts?

Or should I stop being useless and figure out a way to get the valve off completely and blank the engine side?

you can plug it but that is slack innum.soak it in valvoline penetrating oil over night and try again.

It's the usual problem I'm facing though, very difficult to cram my tool into such a confined space.

I've tried and tried to get the bolts out but it seems the more I play with it the harder it gets.

hit bolts with allen socket untill loose or heat area with torch until red will come out eventually and fit tin gasket with no hole between

Once I adequately lubricated it and got my tool the right way round I got it out with some gentle persuasion.
