Valve Clearances

Hi all - Can anyone tell me what the valve clearances are on my 300 TDI, my beloved Haynes seems to direct me all around the manual but I can't see the values anywhere.

I managed to find them in the Haynes. I knew they where there, i used them before.... It should be .20mm hope that helps..
