v8 who would have them

hi guys fairly new to land rovers as the tread titles says I have a d 1 v8 petrol and whoa is she giving me a few troubles at the moment(hoping some guys on here can point me in right direction)
anyway down to it had trouble with my fuel pump brought a new one fitted it and seemed to help but
this is a lpg conversion one single point,
but now my old girl wont start on petrol whatsoever seems as if she is struggling to get fuel.
anyone have any ideas?

We have 4 of them :eek: what’s the problem they are great:) (admittedly 2 of them thier life is under discussion)

This is tells us about you and show us you car, type of thread. you may have to post your problem in a better section. Disco or V8 related.

All I would say is stick with it. Do you run LPG a lot?
We had a P38 that used to run LPG and it would start getting a bit cranky if not run on petrol.
Run a tank of petrol only, and see how it goes. Then work from there.

Rover V8s have constant niggles, apart from the catastrophic ones in between. Constant maintenance.

Perhaps your LPG unit is bit tired. The older ones are not as good as the more modern type

Any chance of some pics? I like the old discos :cool:

would try but its just not starting on petrol got spark bled system plenty of fuel but still being a real pain only starting on lpg
