Can anyone please tell me, can you do any damage to a Truetrac if one side wheel bearing seizes up?

sure, i can understand that, I was just worried about the moment it happened today. Ive parked the car up and will remove the hub to inspect and replace. It was a new bearing. I have either put too much preload on it ( only finger tight) or the bearing was starved of oil (I converted to oil fed bearings).
