Transfer lever solid in high

I tryed to move the transfer lever to low gar but is jamed solid I dont think its ever been used has anyone got a solution

just a thought but are you sure its in neuteral not park ? I tried to move mine from park and it wouldnt go dropped it into N and it was fine

its in neutral does it just go up or left or right then up or it it seized?

Mine was solid, it did free up after much jiggling (tech term) and now moves around the gate in a figure of 8 pattern.

the jiggling worked with a bit of force now i'll be able to go off road
