Hi i have a r/rover 53 plate and for some reason i have lost drive and the dash is telling me
TRANSFERBOX IN NEUTRAL the mountain picture in dash is flashing the park lock does not work if engine is running you can hear crunching when trying to select pk

Welcome.

Sounds like its stuck halfway between change special programs. Have you tried putting it back to normal.

However you would do better asking in the range rover section, Range Rover | LandyZone - Land Rover Forum
But please give more details as to which car you have and what you have touched.
