Tow Bar Wiring

Hi Guys,

I fitted my Tow Bar at the weekend..(2004 TD4)..Simple!
I have poked the cable up to where the junction block is and just intend to use a choccy box junction to connect.

• Is this ok?
• Can anyone give me the LR wiring designation to save my time?

Yep Chok block is fine The wiring codes have been posted on here loads of times. Just use the search function or look in my font of all knowledge thread.

I did a write up for the freelander, but quicker just to re-write it AGAIN:

Colour/Haynes/Function
Black/SW/Earth
Green&Red/GN-RO/LH Indicator
Yellow&Red/GE-RO/Fog light
Green&Violet/GE-PU/Brake light
Black&Red/SW-RO/LH Tail light
Red&Orange/RO-OR/RH Tail light
Green&White/GN-WS/RH Indicator

All terminate on a plug in connector in boot drivers side behind trim
