Top bearing for steering column dimensions

Does any body know the outside diameter and the thickness of the top bearing for a series 3 steering column.

hello mate , i have overhauled my steering box and thought i had kept the old ones but i cant find them, can i ask why you want the dimensions , it wouldnt have anything to do with the rediculous price of them would it ? as i can point you in the direction of some cheap ones if thats the case, if you are overhauling the steering box let me know as i have made a tool to get the steering link arm off the box if your having trouble finding one .

I stripped down a spare steering box about a year ago and am now trynig to overhaul it.
Instead of the top bearing i am making a solid bush from oil lite which is self lubricating material. This is because the two previous steering boxes i have fitted the top bearing seems to always go.

I have actually made it now and it seems to fit nicely. thanks for your reply.
