Hi all I’d asked about a disco 5 on another thread, but just a few Qs on other models.

I’ve read bad reviews around reliability etc and it does concern as it would be 2017/2018 I’d be looking in whatever I decide to go for (linking with budget).

Is the Velar, RR Sport and Range Rover suitable for 3 child seats in the rear seats (2 x isofix and 1 toddler seat).

the disco was the go to due to the 7 seats.

Iv’e got a Jag XFS currently and theres not much space, so once two isofixs are in theres no space to fit a toddler seat?

what sort of warranties can you expect from a Land Rover dealer?

Thanks

Hi,

cheers for replies.

I was thinking something like Mums net . I know it’s tricky as not many are wide enough.

on the D3 I ideally want something a bit newer ideally.

The D4 is newer. ;)

How about the Discovery Sport with the 7 seat option? If you need 3 child seats, then just put 2 in the ISO FIX seats, and the 3rd a rear option seat. Then you'll have 1 seat space available for luggage. Or of course there's the D5 as already discussed on the other thread. ;)

Alternatively something that isn't a LandRover.

We have a 2011 Galaxy. Fits 3 seats easy across the back, its never gone wrong, masses of space, drives really well, good spec.
Modern Land Rovers are not really ‘Land Rovers’ though, so id buy another Galaxy tomorrow if this one died.

Uk lr's come with a 3 year warranty when new. You can pay to eggstend this. Approved used have a 1 year warranty but if that runs out and its still less than 3 years old, then yer get the remaining time of the as new 3 year warranty.
