ive used them on my v8 disco 1 for 3-4 years and still good ,i fitted them as i wanted firm ride for towing and cornering ,they give slight lift 1" as are h/d so stiffer ,also fitted alot for people wanting the same, only had good reports back ,ive had more issues with pro comp and bearmach blue springs in getting matched sets first time, some of the pattern parts sold are **** but thats not all they sell ,

Had one on my Defender for the year i have owned it and two years previous to me owning it.

It has just started to sag and behave abit odd on road, somtimes really bouncy and other times really stiff. I am replacing it with terrafirma.
But for the price i guess 3 years isnt bad.....

I completely agree with what James has said, got the same setup on my 300tdi disco with floflex poly bushes and she handles the nuts, with no sag when towing. Good Value mate.

Got Britpart HD springs and Terrafirma A/T shocks, can't say that I'm disappointed :D

Thanks for the advice all. Having never changed suspension on a landy before, is there any other parts that are usually nackered/need changing at the same time so I can get everything ordered in one go??

turret rings, its worth getting 2 new ones for the front as the old ones tend to snap the threads on removing

you shoudnt really need to remove turrets for suspension change but as john said definately buy new retention rings if you plan to ,may be worth buying rear shocker chassis shocker braket nuts, bottle jack between axle and chassis helps with removal/fitting just do one corner at a time is easier unless you have a stack of jacks etc and safer than using axle stands with all wheels off

These are a good thing to change to I found, and also I've got galvanised spring mounts, and heavy duty spring retainers.
And as a few others have said Polybushes or similar, got polybushes on mine :D
