Im heart broken, I decided to get my bestest mate valued thinking that with the money that I have spent on it it might have been worth more than I paid for it, But to my disappointment I’ve found out that I just might as well give it away. 8B2485F9-3D87-44E5-9A4E-2C5503311044.jpeg

This is my mate.
AND THIS IS WHAT ITS WORTH DC61BEA7-EE60-417D-A6A0-61BEC91D6E38.png

That’s not what it’s worth. That’s a basic value cos they need a margin to trade with. The business model isn’t designed to maximise value for you.

assume it had an engine replacement , ref the mileage having a 100,000 difference;):D

WBAC is a joke, I looked up their price for our 06 Mondeo Gia X recently. Admittedly it's 11 years old & done 157k but there's a FSH, straight corrosion free body & it runs well but was valued at £175 :(
I could probably get more if I drove it into a scrap yard.

Or if you sold it on the normal open market rather than those clowns ;)

They offered me 11k for my Honda CR-V, motorpoint only offered me 11.5 and available car offered me 11.7. Question is whether that £500/700 less is worthwhile to give you the cash to buy your next car. Only if you go to motorpoint / A.C etc it isn't, because they only make their money from selling you finance, not interested in cash buyers.
A mate of mine works for them, They're a funny old operation and capitalise on people who are desperate. He was absolutely flat out in December, pick a car up, drive it to an auction, get in a minibus, dropped off somewhere else, pick another up, go again.,...
Long, long hours and 7 days a week if you want it but the money they pay drivers is good.
Good luck to the op - a lifetime of emails awaits and they should increase their offer soon, telling him 'demand for your model just increased'.

BLIMEY I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO SLASH MY WRISTS, I have now regretted putting this on............. just to let you know YES it has had an engine change. Ner but £50:00 I’m shocked that they have the front to actually offer that, when the scrap value would be more... so therefore they are a corrupt company taking advantage of people selling their vehicles, if you think I’m right let’s start a riot
