There is something quite sad about the red trim on the black RRS. It makes me think of someone middle aged, trying to recapture the look of a boy-racer and the era of the first Golf GTI .

I’m certainally not going to confess when I had a cherry red triumph vitesse it had a white stripe later changed it to a gold stripe ,

forgiven cos it was a trumf vitesse, used pop the engines into my spits and just see all other cars disappear in my rear view mirror!

I adored that thing, was so nice after lifting the front up could sit on the tyre and had plenty of room to work

I tried to keep up with a TR6 once, I just saw the back dip down and was erm gooooooooone ,

They looked cool with the white stripe. Never saw one with gold.
