My interior lights, all three that is will only work in manual mode, i.e., by using the switch on the actual light, they never work when you unlock the car on the fob, or open the door when getting out. I cannot find any door operated switches, but it was getting dark last night when I was looking. Any tips or points to ponder.

no real help only that the door switches are built in to the lock and if they were at fault then the alarm would bleep to tel you the doors not closed when you ter to lock it the other thing is they can be switched of in the bcu so you may need to get it pluged in at a land rover specialist
Doh......not the Main Stealer, that always = £££'s
I think a good look in daylight will have to be carried out first and check the fuses. Cheers tho'.martinhollings

I have had the exact same problem start happening, will investigate on the weekend, but I think you are correct that it will need to go to a professional.
