I'm introducing a small section of metal tube into the fuel filler rubber neck to allow me to connect a fuel feed to my cabin heater, is there an easy way to check what the rubber neck's diameter should be? its a bit out of shape so not easy to measure in-situ. Its a 2004 TD5 110.

If you can wait until the morning, I will measure mine for you?
 
As far as I am aware the 110 has only had one size of fuel filler and that is 60mm.

90 have had two two sizes. TD5 and Early TDCi were 50mm up to vin 8A. Later 90 TDCi from vin 8A they are 60 mm

Just measured mine. The OD of the fuel filler is 60mm. The ID of the filler to tank hose is 58mm. These are taken with a steel rule, so can’t be any more precise than that, sorry.
