TD5 Fuel Cooler Clips, Need replacement part

Hello all

After changing the coolant/antifreeze in my mother in law's TD5 Disco, all was great until heaters went cold and the level was low,

anyway cut the story short, Fuel cooler leaking, read up on here on how to fix, ordered new O rings, but I would like to replace the 'CLIC' (7mm Band Width) Clips with something a lot more user friendly, ie a Jubilee clip

If anyone has a suggestion on where to look and has found a nice replacement I will be most greatful

These are the clips I need, 7mm band width and 55-65mm Internal Diameter,

This kit is from from Austrialia and need to do this Tuesday

The look like std jubilee clips to me and usually available at any decent motor spares shop.
