Hi everyone!
I'm new here but I can use your help/advice. I just swapped my D2 TD5 P10 engine with a P15 engine, it started without problems on the first try. Now after it's warmed up I hear a ticking noise coming from the engine when idle, not when in in higher revs. I opened up the engine and adjusted the injectors, two of them were way of (4 full turns), the others just a little off. Ticking is still there.My question is twofold:
1. This weekend I'm gonna use a friend's hawkeye to check the injector values. I have a friend's P15 TD5 to compare values, but any idea what values are normal when using a hawkeye?
2. After swapping the engine, do I have to "reprogram" the injectors? Might that be causing the ticking? Note: when driving the engine runs absolutely fine, only when Idle I hear ticking.
edit: When Idle the engine also shaking a bit so it looks like some injectors are not doing there job right.
