Anyone Know What Could Be Wrong With My Td5, From Cold Start It Runs Perfect Loads Of Power And Pulls Well Through All The Gears (Manual) But When It Gets Up To Temperature It Has A Massive Loss Of Power As If Its In Limp Mode But No Lights On The Dash This Power Loss Is Sometimes Intermittent As You Can Feel The Engine Pick Up For 5/10 Seconds Then Drop Back Down To Low Power But Sometimes Can Run Perfect When Up To Tempurature There’s No Noticeable Smoke And It Starts First Time Everytime,I Have Already Done The Following

EGR Bypass

New Wire Harness

Cleaned Oil From ECU Plug

Freed Turbo Wastegate

Bypassed Wastegate Solenoid

Unplugged Map And Maf Sensor

Replaced Filters

Cleaned Fuel Pump

Any Help Would Be Appreciated Thanks

Hi @Jake TD5

Have asked this post to be moved to the Disco section, as it will not be seen here unless by chance.

Once it has been moved you should get more views and responses hopefully.

Cheers

Best not to guess, get it plugged in and read live data, before you chase the wrong fault. Probably best to plug the MAP sensor back in anyway, but the MAF is not so important unless it is an EU3 (15P or later) engine. Are you sure the fuel pump is ok, if as you say you have presumably had it out and cleaned it?

Had It On A Dianostic Machine Which Said Temperature Too High In The MAF Sensor But Would Unplugging Maf Sensor Not Sort That ?
That's a non-sense... the MAF is for mass air flow(Kg/hr) it has nothing to do with any temperature, can be high temp in the MAP/IAT which means high inlet air temp, or high coolant temp or fuel temp... you need proffesional diagnostic with dedicated tester to see the live sensor readings or the correct fault code which will point to the involved sensor

Yes Had The Fuel Pump Out And Cleaned It While I Was On ... Am Best Off Getting It On A Proper Machine Now Is It Just Nanocom?

Nanocom (Evo) is better than a Hawkeye, as it will let you record live data to an SD card, and you can then save and examine it later, or post it here for people to examine. Hawkeye IIRC will let you view live data only without the ability to record it, so you really need a Nanocom plugin, yes..
