Disco 2 TD5 2001 (88k miles) Loud on 3,2k + Revs

Is it me or these TD5 are that Loud on high revs ? When I go over 3000 revs the engine starts to yell and buzz - sound like a bad exhaust pipe/silencer

Mine does vibration between 2800-3200rpm (not every time). If I put my hand on the hand brake lever its gone. I have checked already almost everithing, and seems that it comes from handbrake drum. But it contradicts the fact that it comes every time between the above rpm range while the drum is running with differnet speed in every different gear.
Surely comes from the drive system as when the car is in neutral there is no vibration.
Do you have it also when the car is standing?

I'm going to take it to Kwik Fit for a check etc.

Ok took it to the garage last night just to have independent view and the guy said that the car is spot on no issues with the exhaust.
So they are just a bit more noisy that the most of the civy cars that is all.
