TD4 Turbo

I'm out of my depth here with a Td4 turbo problem on a Freelander 04 plate. I've lost my RAVE and can hrdly see anything. Not like my Series. Are there any resources/Pictures/Videos on how to do this? I'm more out of my depth because it is my daily car (panic sets in). Ray
