My Hippo has very intermittant door locking problems......... Once every month or two.......

Problem 1. When unlocking the Hippo with the blobber (remote thingy) One press the driver`s door always unlocks ok, when I press twice on the blobber the rear passanger doors open slowly, more the left one slowly that the right.......sometime it won`t open fully to unlock from out side.

NOW..... when I use the internal in dash lock switch every thing works ok.....as if on warp speed.......when I press close, all doors close in a milli second....you can hear the doors all close shut...... and the same when you press open.........in a milli second all the snibs shoot up...............So why with the remote control blobber are the rear snibs so slow to come up?????????

I 1st though faulty door locking mechanism, but using the internal on dash switch every thing is ok......every thing opens/closes warp speed with this button. Its just with the remote on the 2nd press the rears are slow to come up.

Also again once in 2 months the rear door has refused to open.........after leaving it 30 mins it opened, without moving the rear window down, after a few open and closes it now works ok.

I think very intermmitant wiring fault........Or what I think mostly....one of the ECU`s gets confused once in a while and plays up?....can this happen???

Any one else had anything similar???

change the batt in the fobby fing and try a complete reset. . . . .oh and never have the spare fobby fing on same key ring or in the motor :)
