TC, Hdc! and ABS lights on....

just got back from a short trip along the VERY VERY icy, slushy lanes of rural Devon. TC and ABS working fine.
Stopped for a few minutes, left engine running, hopped back in to go home and the 3 warning lights were on. Got home, TC and ABS still working fine, but lights still smuggly illuminated. Turned off IGN, and back on again, and all is fine. Do i need to worry, or should i just burn it?
