1996 4.6 gems ,i have a syncmate ,to resyinc becm and ecu,but does the door lock have to be working properly ,it only locks drivers door and boot,with key?thanks for any advice.
syncmate advice please.

You've not got any messages about ignition key still in? I assume the fob is knackered or RF receiver unplugged?
