Swivel pin housing

Hi everyone,
Ive recently bought a pair of used swivel pin housings.
I think they are off of a discovery 1 300tdi with ABS.
Can i swap the top pin for the later taper bearing pin?

I don't think so if it's the same as the RRC housing that I used. The pin size is for a Raiko bush and very much fatter and so you'd be relying on the four bolts to locate it rather than the snug fit of the pin in the housing, not good. I didn't want to use a bush, so turned down the fatter pin to fit the taper rollers.

I have a feeling that there is a later (TD5?) mod that did use a taper roller with the fatter ABS pin but I don't know how it was done.
