Hi all

im looking into changing my springs an shocks some time soon. i was looking at at getting the "ProComp" full kit but i dont have much experience off the road to know wich is best. also would you recomend heavy duty or standard springs.

If you're not carrying a lot of stuff in the back, then heavy duty springs will give a very firm and bouncy ride. A Terrafirma 'medium duty' kit might be worth looking into.

from time to time there might be wheelbarows and other gardening stuff like lawn mowers an stuff like that. would you say standard springs would be fine for that kind of load till i get my trailer sorted?

Yeah, they'll be fine as long as they're in reasonable condition. :)
