Sunroof Seal Mystery Part No.

Hey,

So I've just got around to fixing the final issue with the discovery which is a leaky sunroof.

I ordered the part from a place and they sent me over a STC773. This isn't right. After a lengthy conversation with the parts guy, he didn't know what should be sent across.

The part I'm trying to replace is below if anyone has any ideas?



Its a Discovery 1 - Late version? from Japan

STC773 as shown in the parts book was the seal the the tilt and slide sunroof fitted to the D1, that part number has been superseded to the one used on D2s sunroof which I believe is EEQ500010.

Added: the new seal u have doesn't look the seal u should have, the other one does.

Actually that would make sense! Because we ordered two STC773 and one of them fitted no problem.

Maybe the second package had a different part inside it from another return... who knows.
