On removing my very leaky sump today i noticed that the bolts had a rubber sleeve..most had perished (not sure of the actual word for the rubber things) when looking for replacement bolts the ones that i have seen dont have those sleeves??
any advice...can i simply change the gasket and bolt it back on or are the rubber sleeves required for it not to leak ??? i cant find them anywhere to buy or seen any reference
