Stupid question?

I am guessing most people coming to this event will be camping in tents right? I have had a good read of the campsites website and it says there are no toilets / shower facilities. Where are ya supposed to go for either?

It's not on the actual campsite, it's on the adjoining event field and there will be portable bogs & showers.

Thinking of taking the caravan site link out altogether because it is a little confusing.

We have our own toilets and showers arranged on the venue site separate from the caravan site which will be cleaned and maintained.

I reckon they will be together But it is a big field, so peeps can camp anywhere they want. BUt 90% of the peeps there will be Lz'ers. So where ever ya camp yu int gonna be able to escape

Shame there's nowhere to refreeze your ice packs for me coolbox, I can't afford an ARB fridge/freezer yet

nuther stupid question ( I cant open the poster thingy file on my MAC)

Is there somewhere to get things like a bacon butty in the morning? tea facilities as I dont do camping normally and so dont have all the gubbins that come with an er outdoor life (it will be me you hear in the night going " who's f****** idea was this?!) and so will need tea to calm ones nerves.

All is well, we have been offered some gear to borrow. Im getting blow up mattresses though and I've been out bid on a tent but I will prevail! So it's a trip to the Outdoor Centre

If somebody has a 'spare' gas bottle and connection gubbins my scout group has a brand noo shiny double hob thingy that can be borrowed fer tha weekend.

Just lemme know if you want borrowings - obviously we'd like 'em back in tidy nick!!

I've got a couple of those individual ones with the aerosol type canisters, they're pretty handy rather than having to make sure you've got all the stuff for a gass bottle etc. Just got to make sure I remember to take a a few of them canisters!

I would but that's naughty. I'm doing a walk to raise money for rescue dogs so it's worthwhile at least. Don't worry though, I'll have lots of embarrassing photos of me dressed as a huskie or wolf for you to laugh at

My pony is under veterinary care for the next 3 months (already done two months) where she needs treatment 3 times a day so I can't leave her for more than 12 hours at a time maximum, otherwise I'd be there....
