I've Got A Rubbing Noise Which You Can Also Feel Through The Steering Wheel When Turning It Mostly Happens When Stationary Anyone Had The Same Prob ?.thanks .s12aun

Does it only happen on full lock?
If it does then it's probably the wheel rubbing on the radius arm, you can adjust it by altering a bolt that is located just infront of the swivels.
I need to do mine, but gota concentrate on me steering shake, before i worry with little niggly bits.

s12aun,
Mate of mine had a scrapeing or rubbing noise from steering wheel, and it turned out to be the pick-up ring for the horn. The brushes were dirty and were scratching the horn ring.
Hope this helps and makes sence!!

Not On Full Lock It Happens When Say I've Reversed Of My Drive And I'm Turning The Wheel To Start To Pull Off

Is it like a groaning sort of noise?
Have you checked your power steering fluid? If thats ok, might be worth bleeding the system and putting some fresh stuff in it.

I think there was a similar question asked recently with lots of replies, saying basically it was common and nobody knew if it was a big problem or not. Mine does it now and again and I ain't too worried about it.
