anyone got one going spare, mine ferked and i cant run on gas and i cant bring myself to run on petrol any longer!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:doh::doh::doh::doh::doh:

ive seen the ones on flee bay!!
 
I've got a stepper but it int got a motor :confused: Tis for building ya leg muscles. Bloodyhell I knew you RR owners was posh but I din't realise yu was too posh to exercise properly?? :p :p
 
waiting for delivery of the lpg part, still on petrol!!

havnt bothered with tints, i got quoted 350 for all the windows ecept windscreen of course, thats with all the best stuff etc and when i went to see him he was doing a brand new sport!!! looked good, except the car was not my cup of tea!

don't get ya front side windows done tis illegal. unless it's a really light tint.
 
Gav, how did you know it was the stepper that was faulty ? I have removed mine and fitted a manual power valve in its place for now, but it can't work as economically as an electronic one surely , and my local lpg centre said it could be faulty sensors giving the stepper the wrong signals.
 
Bloke local to me tinted side windows, quarter lights and a big window in a side of a van for a £100

he did the sides at a stronger tint than is legal, but he said it is done on %

unless you go mad the coppers will never know

Reckon i am gonna need my front passenger done, caught it when refitting the window in the door today

When i had the van broken into, he quoted £30 for 1 side and a quarter

if you plug the stepper in it should move in and out, it turned out the circuit board was ferked in the leonardo ecu(gas ecu) do you have the software and lead for your gas system? what system is it?

Why waste money on getting the front side windows tinted, to then get stopped, fined and have to have it taken off.
For info the windscreenahs to let 75% of light through and the front side windows in the driver view have to let 70% of light through, nearly all windows have a tint in them fron standard and are just above legal, even a very light tint will make them illegal.
 
gav, you have replied to me on another post about software etc. cheers. But what range of movement can we expect from the stepper plunger ! mine moved about 2-3mm , and i could hear a sound like nylon gears slipping when it was energised !
