steering lock and rear seat folding mech???

hi guys i'm new on here and am looking for help b4 i buy myself a p38 and i dont want to waste car sales places time just so i can look at a few things as i sell cars/campers my self..

so Q1 part of the plan is to use it to camp in i used to have a Volvo T5 estate it was great for throwing a matress in so i wanted to see if the seats fold flat????

Q2 what space is there behing the plastics in the boot as i was going to fit a truma heater..

and for now Q3 my boss hass a new ish discovery and the turning circle is terrible is the p38 any beta
