The Steering wheel on my TD5 seems to be mis aligned. When driving straight the wheel is off centre to the right.

Is this easy to fix by the dealer?

How long is it likly to take?

Regards

I have only had the car a week.

I picked it up from a trader (not a Land Rover Dealer).

At first i though i could live with it but is makes driving uncomfortable and you keep haveing to correct the steering. You naturally want to keep the wheel straight but when i do the car drifts off to the left.

possibly been damaged in some way, underneath.
its a problem when you dont know the history of the car.
check all the steering joints etc.. also check the steering shaft uj,s.

ball's

dont take it the dealer's

its only the tracking , take it to kwik fit they do a spot on job and guarentee it for 3 months. i no people say that kwik fit are rip off ( and they are ) but i wouldent take my car n o were else to have the wheel alignment done.
