I have a similar issue - after a battery disconnect (and recharge) my keys are no longer working to remotely open the car - the manual lock works however. Then the key will not turn in the ignition - only moves a fraction. I tried doing the key reprogramming steps but got no responses from the car. Now it is a driveway ornament for a month until the local specialist can take it in. Don’t suppose anyone knows a bloke with a T4 that might be tempted to visit me in central edinburgh for a fee.
